Colfax Main Street Business Spotlight
Meet sisters Nikki Stravers, Tammi Schwickerath, and their mother Patty Regnier! They own and operate Absolutely YOUnique Boutique in downtown Colfax. They are enthusiastic local business owners and volunteers for Colfax Main Street. We love their presence and energy in our downtown business district!
Absolutely YOUnique Boutique is a family-run fashion consignment store which primarily resells new and gently-used women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing. They also resell special gifts and home décor. Not only can you purchase items from their retail storefront (7 E. Howard St in Colfax), but you can also buy items through online auctions hosted on their Facebook page and groups (which are linked below). They also love to offer good and affordable deals on all their products.
The family is originally from Prairie City, but have lived in the Colfax region for years. The sisters chime often that-
“We love the town, we love the people, and we love the community. Since starting the business we feel like we’re a part of the town and we want to make a difference in the community.”
Their mother, Patty, also said she was really proud that her kids promote the city like they do. Both sisters are on the Colfax Main Street Promotions committee and were instrumental in helping plan events like the Colfax Farmer’s Market, Mineral Springs Day, and the Fall 4 Colfax events this year.
They love that their business helps them get to be together as a family all day every day and they want to extend that love to their customers that come and visit them. Go visit downtown Colfax and check out their store along with the other great businesses in town this week!
